My dad is in the hospital with blood clots in his leg...again.  It's never a good time to have your dad in the hospital.  Please be praying for him.

On a happier note...it's my wife's birthday!  Reach out and put a smile on her face!

What was I going to say?

We've been married almost 6 months, and I don't know where the time has gone.  I thought I was a busy guy before I got married...  Yet, I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I hate not remembering things like I used to.  By the time I get home from work, I forget whatever it is that I wanted to think about some more or what I was going to do that evening.  Inevitably I'll remember at work the next day, then forget again before I get home...it's a vicious cycle I tell ya.  I should blame it on Brutus...he must drain my brain on the drive home.  At least I have an invitation that'll remind me where I'm going tonight.

Marriage is a wonderful thing, but it changes everything too.  I find that I am reading my Bible more than I ever have.  I see my brothers less and less.  Friends...what friends?  She's my bestest friend.

I always feel like I need another vacation.  It'll be good to get away for the weekend and recharge the batteries.

God, I can't carry the weight of the world.  I don't know why I keep trying to do what I should be turning over to You.
